Prashant Kishor is a political strategist, consultant and businessman. He has also now become a politician and is believed to planning for making an entry with Bihar Assembly Election, 2024. He has recently quit IPAC, one of the most successful political strategizing and consulting organizations of the world.
Prashant was instrumental in branding the image of Narendra Modi during the 2014 Lok Sabha election. He was behind many successful campaigns, including famed ‘Chai Pe Charcha’.

Prashant Kishore is from Bihar. His father is a well-known doctor in the Bhohpur region. He has completed entire education from Patna.
Prashant started to work as a health care activist first in Bihar and later in Andhra Pradesh - Telangana Region. His worked attracted the attention of WHO who recommended his name to UNICEF. He worked with various UN organization and even went to Chad, Africa as a health care professional. At Chad, he read a Planning Commission Report on the status of health in India. He wrote a letter to the PMO - Manmohan Singh was the PM - and showed them that Gujarat is also a backward state when it comes to health. Glad to see the report, the PMO forwarded it to Narendra Modi who was the CM of Gujarat. Modi was startled to see the report and instantly asked his officials to contact Prashant in Chad. He wanted to meet him personally to guide him in improving the condition of health among poor. Prashant came to Gujarat and started to work for Modi from 2011. Modi was quite impressed with Prashant and gave him more responsibility. Both of them were coming closer. When Narendra Modi decided to launch him as a prospective PM candidate, he selected Prashant for the brand management and also to oversee Social Media activities. Prashant launched CAG and started to work for NAMO4PM project. Needless to say, he was successful.

Narendra Modi under pressure from Amit Shah and other senior party leaders decided to break relationship with Prashant. Miffed with this, Prashant founded IPAC – Indian People’s Action Committee. It is basically an
election management consultancy firm.

Prashant Kishor

short of a boon for Nitish Kumar led JDU. They instantly contact Prasant Kishor
and asked the team to manage their election campaigns. Prashant and his team
came to Bihar in March, 2015 and they started to make strategies. The poster
war started by JDU and Har Ghar Dastak campaign were brain child of Prasant
Kishor. He also managed Nitish Kumar Twitter and Facebook account.
Further,
Prashant Kishor team was instrumental in finding relevant facts to counter all
elections speeches of Narendra Modi. He never allowed BJP to go ahead in the
war of perception.
The saga for Prashant with JDU is over. He is now the political adviser to the CM of Punjab, a post which has given him rank similar to a cabinet minister. In the meantime, he has also won Andhra Pradesh, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Delhi and West Bengal for his clients. He had also tasted pathetic losses in UP and Uttarakhand.
The result of West Bengal Assembly Election has already made him the chanakya of Indian politics. He has also said that Amit Shah is an overrated politician, indicating the future battle.
