    निवेदन करते हुए सादर सूचित करना है की इस विषय से सम्बन्धित मैंने EMAIL के जरिए माननीय मुख्यमंत्री , माननीय उप मुख्यमंत्री , प्रधान सचिव, UD & HD , तथा विशेष सचिव UD & HD को अवगत करा चुका हूँ !
    भवदीय को जानकारी देना चाहूँगा की प्रकाशित विज्ञापन के अनुसार इस बन्दोबस्ती की पूर्व से निर्धारित तीन तिथि 05/07/2021 , 06/07/2021 ,तथा 07/07/201 तय थी !
    आवेदन जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 03/07/2021 को निर्धारित किया गया था !
    कार्यालय की सबसे बङी गलती यह है की कार्यालय कर्मी खुला आवेदन लेते हैं , जबकि नियमत: आवेदन बन्द लिफाफे के जरिए ली जानी चाहिए!
    दुकान की बन्दोबस्ती में धांधली की शुरुआत यहीं से शुरू होती है , जिसमें नगर कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी की संलिप्तता से इंकार नहीं किया जा सकता ! दिनांक 03/07/2021 को एक सूचना जिसका ज्ञापांक 1047 , दिनांक 03/07/2021 सूचना पट्ट पर चिपका दिया जाता है की 05/07/2021 से होने वाली दुकानों की बन्दोबस्ती अगले आदेश तक स्थगित की जाती है , बन्दोबस्ती की अगली तिथि प्रकाशित कर दी जाएगी !
    दुकानों में धांधली करने का दुसरा सबसे आसान तरीका यही है ! जब जब दुकानों की बन्दोबस्ती होती है , तो यही तिकड़म नगर परिषद माफिया अपनाते हैं और मात्र दो चार दिन के अन्तराल पर तिथि को आगे बढ़ा देते हैं , और इसी दो चार दिन के अन्दर सारे जमा आवेदन को अपने टेबल पर रख खेला शुरू कर देते हैं !!
    फिर एक सूचना जिसका ज्ञापांक 1047 , दिनांक 03/07/2021 सूचना पट्ट पर कार्यालय द्वारा चिपका दी जाती है , और उसमें सारे मैटर हीं चेंज कर दी जाती है , इस सूचना में दिनांक 07/07/2021 को डाक की तिथि निर्धारित कर दी जाती है , तथा आवेदन जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि भी बदलकर 06/07/2021 कर दिया जाता है , ताकि नगर परिषद माफीया अपने मन माफिक आवेदन भर कर जमा कर सकें !!
    भवदीय को ज्ञात कराना चाहूँगा की एक ही ज्ञापांक, एक ही दिनांक, की दो सूचना आखिर कार्यालय कैसे निकाल सकती है ??
    08 अदद् दुकानों की बन्दोबस्ती में से 07 अदद् दुकानों की बन्दोबस्ती में सेटिंग कर अपने ही लोगों में बाँट लिया गया !!
    07 दुकानों में हुई धांधली के सभी साक्ष्य मेरे पास मौजूद है , भवदीय जब चाहें , हम उसे दिखा सकते हैं !
    अत: श्रीमान से कृतज्ञ प्रार्थना है की दिनांक 07/07/2021 को हुई 08 अदद् दुकानों की बन्दोबस्ती में हुई धांधली की जाँच कर उचित व विधि सम्मत कार्रवाई करने की कृपा करेंगे !!
