Raghvendra Vikram Singh is a 2005 batch IAS officer. He is a promoted officer and known for being utterly corrupt and insensitive. He got promoted to IAS in a very short span of time, thanks to his closeness to Mulayam Singh Yadav and his family.

It is quite unfortunate that such a corrupt officer, who had also once served with the Indian Army, was given plum post by Yogi Adityanath just because of he is a Rajput/Thakur.

Showing his true color, Raghvendra recently justified killing innocent Hindus by Muslims. He said that it has become a trend to enter a Muslim dominated area and raise Anti Pakistan slogan.
