Regina and Kishan Modugumudi: USA Sex Racket

Regina Cassandra is and Indian actor, anchor and model. She has worked in many Telugu, Tamil and Kannada movies. However, in recent times, she has very few projects to work with. The reason is cut throat competition in Tollywood with the arrival of many new beautiful actresses.

Regina is also being termed as a part of high profile sex racket that was running in the USA. The mastermind Kishan and Chandrakala Modugumudi have been arrested in the USA and they have already pleaded guilty. The preliminary report filed by the agency to the Court gives enough clues to name those girls involved in the prostitution. Netizens have concluded that one of those five girls named in the documents is Regina.

Even The Times of India has published a report where it says that two top actresses are being seen as the part of this racket. They have rightly not named these two actresses, but gave enough indication. It has given ammunition to people to launch personal attack on Regina and Anchor Lasya.

TOI report says about Sankranti program held in the USA in which both Regina and Lasya had participated. Interestingly, Kishan Modugumudi was also there. Regina has also thanked Kishan which can be seen in the following video. Please note, Kishan was using a fake name – Sreeraj Chennupati – in the USA.

On the basis of this video and matching date on the case file, is it morally correct to call out names? Prostitution is not so simple. Law may not do anything in this case to rumored girls. But, the social and personal lives of these two celebrities can be ruined because of this.

Further, the documents say that Victim A (which is being termed as Regina) arrived in the USA on 7th October, 2017. However, taking a look at many verifiable information available in the public domain, it can be seen that Regina went to the USA on 3rd October, 2017.

Hence, there is very big possibility, that Regina was not part of this sex racket.
