Asifa Bano, a poor 8
year old girl of Kathua district, was abducted on 12th January,
2018. She went away from home for grazing horses. Her dead body was found five
days later on 17th January. The autopsy report revealed gang rape.
Police investigation led
to arrest of two youths. The case was buried for few days. People started to raise voices demanding justice for this little angel. An SIT was formed under R. K. Jalla, an officer with impeccable record. However, the choice of other members of this SIT was little bit shocking. The entire team was from Kashmir, not from Jammu. Further, there was Irfan Wani who was alleged to have raped a minor Hindu girl and killed another minor Hindu boy.
A rapist started to
investigate Asifa Bano gang rape. That is why people are clamoring for CBI probe which has been termed as communal by the Indian media.
As expected, this rapist
framed few Hindus. More than 150 Hindus were lifted for questioning. They were tortured. Young girls were openly molested by these officers. Few Hindu women even sat on fast against these atrocities. Finally, Hindus started to flee from their home which was reported by many media. Residents of Jammu started to demand CBI enquiry in this context. They have never been opposed Justice for Asifa.
Members of Bar
Association Jammu protested against all these drama. The protest was portrayed
in an altogether different manner.
The poor little girl who
is now dead is being used for propaganda hit job.
Let us have a look on
some facts:
1.
Why did
the Government ask an officer from Kashmir to investigate this case? What is
wrong in the demand of CBI enquiry in this case by residents of Jammu? The protest by Bar members had three demands - deport Rohingyas, hand over this rape case to the CBI and stop discrimination against Hindus of Jammu. How come this portrayed as protest against justice for Asifa?
2.
We all
know the name of the rape victim. She is a minor. She is Ashifa. How come?
There are clear SC guidelines that the name of rape victim should not be
disclosed in the public. Who made the name of this little girl public? That is illegal
even though the victim is no more. Further, Asifa was adopted by Md. Younus Pujwala. She is the second adopted girl of this man who is no more. Another of his daughter has died. There is no news about real parents of Asifa (brother - in - law) of Pujawala.
3.
A
perusal on the charge sheet can be disturbing. It looks like perfect script.
The intention is to create bad name to Hindus and rape in temples. There isn’t
any evidence to substantiate ridiculous claims made in the charge sheet. No DNA, apart from a single hair strand that the Police has found in the temple. Asifa was kept there for 7 days and raped many times. And, Crime Branch (SIT) found only one hair strand of her. That is impossible, even if the accused has washed off the area. Further, the forensic report describes the condition of the body in an altogether different manner than that of her father and family members. Following is the statement of her father which contradicts what forensic says.
4.
Who can
expect impartiality from an officer – Irfan Wani – who has faced similar
charges of rape in 2007? He was also involved in the murder of a minor Hindu
boy.
5.
Charge
sheet says that the poor girl was sedated in the temple. Before killing her,
the policeman pleaded for one more chance… one more rape… What is this? Isn’t
the sequence of events look suspicious? And, again, no evidence has been
provided. Further, the charge sheet and media report says that she was hit twice on her head with a heavy stone. However, the image of the dead body doesn't show any such sign. Her head was not smashed in as reported.
6.
Asifa was repeatedly raped for 7 days by giving her a sedating tablet. The strip of the tablet was kept outside the temple under a heap of garbage. Lol! And, the son of Sanji Ram named Vishal Jangotra, the main accused, was called from Meerut to rape an 8 year old girl. Is it possible? Some Congress and AAP supporters say that Sanji Ram being a dalit can do this as dalits have no morality. Really? But, do you know that there is documentary proof that he appeared in an exam on that very day when Asifa was raped. See the following image:
What Might Have Happened?
There is absolutely no doubt that these men have not committed the heinous crime. There is also little bit possibility of this being NOT a rape case. A simple property dispute might have been diverted with proper planning. For example, the initial reports (for around two weeks after her death) didn't mention this as a rape case. Even Kashmiri newspapers used to refer to it as a murder case. At the same time, Pakistani media used to refer it as a rape and murder case. See the following screenshot:
If the little girl was raped, then there are two possibilities:
If the little girl was raped, then there are two possibilities:
The first possibility is
rape by the juvenile, the nephew of Sanji Ram. It is possible that Sanji Ram
came to know about the crime at later stage he along with some of his friends
tried to save the juvenile rapists. In the process, they all get sucked up.
The second possibility
is rape by some Muslim fanatics. It could be part of a larger aim, which is to rehabilitate
Rohingya Muslims. Remember a little Syrian boy was washed away to the Europe
and that image had led to thousands of Syrian refugees finding home in European
countries, including Germany. They have now become the biggest threat to these
countries.
